We have expanded our range of services to include online counselling. The online application developed by the company CAI World offers a range of options for conducting online sessions. These include, for example, audio, video, chat, online whiteboard, etc., to use in line with your needs. Unlike other online tools (such as Skype), the application and data use our own specially secured servers in Lucerne and thus ensure the highest level of data privacy.
We look forward to taking the first steps together in testing the application for counselling services.
How exactly does the online service of the Psychological Counselling Centre Campus Lucerne work?
- If you are interested, simply register for an appointment at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact form. Please indicate a few suitable half-days or times for a consultation.
- Once we have found a time, the counsellor will send you a link by email. This link enables you to log on to our platform (onlineberatung.pblu.ch). Completing this step (at the latest by the evening before the appointment) enables the counsellor to find you on the platform.
- You will then receive a link by email so that you can join the session directly.
